This week I have been inspired by recipes I found on Pinterest. I have made Nutella cookies and what i'm going to start calling Crockpot Chicken & Gravy. So I wanted to share them with you!
The Nutella cookies were so quick and easy! Only 4 ingredients (technically 5 because I added water)
1 Cup of Nutella (basically the whole thing)
1 Egg
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Cup of Flour
1 Tablespoon of water (if you want) Some said to add peanut butter to make it less dry.
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix. Form into 1" balls place on a cookie sheet, use something to press down into a cookie shape. Cook for 6-8 minutes and voila!
I'll be honest. They weren't as flavorful as I would've liked them to be. They were good, but I LOVE nutella and kinda wish that that chocolaty/hazel-nutty flavor was there more. But a quick and easy dessert and I had EVERYTHING in my pantry!
And then Crock pot Chicken & Gravy. I wasn't sure what to expect but boy it turned out awesome! Again, only 6 ingredients and so easy!
4-6 Frozen Chicken Breast/Tenderloins (whatever you have)
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of water
8 oz cream cheese
1 package of dry Italian dressing seasoning
Rice or noodles
Throw it all into the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Whenever the chicken is done, cook some rice/noodles and serve the chicken/gravy on top.
I'm a sucker for good, quick, easy, not messy meals and this was hit last night with some friends I had over!
