On Saturday Zane and I got up early and took a nice long walk. It felt so good to get out of the house and explore the neighborhood. Boozer came with us and ended up sleeping the rest of the day. I have never seen his tongue stick out so far! Just look at him showing it off...
We have been hanging out on the patio a lot because the evenings are so cool around here. Of course since we have gotten so much rain the bugs are out a lot and so are the toads. We found this little guy hanging out on the patio one evening with a june bug, which he ate a few seconds later.
A few weeks ago we had a storm pass through Wolfforth that had 60 mph wind gusts. I captured a few pictures of it but it does not do it justice. It was pretty scary. Our neighbor has a 5 wheel trailer that flipped during the wind gusts. Thankfully he had insurance on it and will be able to get it fixed or replaced. And of course during the whole thing there was a rainbow.
Nothing else really going on around here just getting ready for guests to stay with us this week and of course our 4th of july party!!
